Private Pilates and yoga sessions are tailored to the individual or couple of clients and involve dedicated time training towards specific goals or ambitions. Private sessions can be useful when returning to training after an injury or medical condition, or where there is a specific requirement that benefits from individual attention.

New clients can have an introductory private session or a short course if required, to cover the basic movements before joining a specific Pilates and yoga classes.

They can be individual sessions or duet sessions for a couple. Small groups and home based sessions may be arranged by special request, and there are regular private session slots available. There may be a reasonable travel fee charged when necessary for home based sessions. Just ask about our privates sessions and welcome packages.

Pilates Training for Athletes
What professional dancers discovered years ago, the NFL, NBA, MLB and more are discovering now – that Pilates is one of the best forms of conditioning a top-tier athlete can participate in. Pilates’ integration of the trunk, pelvis and shoulder girdle and emphasis on proper breathing, correct spinal and pelvic alignment and smooth flowing movement allow athletes to access each part of the body individually, and become familiar with the functional mechanics.
