We are conveniently located near I-95 on the Northwest corner of Lantana Rd and Congress Ave next to Planet Fitness. We have FREE parking, a beautiful spa shower so you can start your day with us before heading off to work or end your day and head home feeling refreshed. We have mat rentals for those visiting from out of town or if you ran out without it.

| Classical Pilates Reformer-Beginner/Intermediate

Classical Pilates Apparatus- Beginner Intro Class

Welcome to Classic Pilates Apparatus! We will take you through the basic reformer exercises and get you acquainted with the equipment. This is a slower paced class which will help to work on form and familiarity with the exercises used. No previous Pilates experience necessary.

| Classical Pilates– Inter/Advanced 55 minutes

Classical Pilates Apparatus- Intermediate

Advanced/Intermediate classes are designed for students who have a working knowledge of the Pilates fundamentals and who want to step up their workout. This is an excellent class for those who have taken many private lessons and are ready for a challenging group class. The class is also good for those who have taken many beginner classes and are ready for a new challenge. Your instructor will determine whether you are ready for Intermediate Classes.

In Vinyasa flow, the movements are linked with your breath to create a sequenced flow that connects your mind, body, and spirit. The heated room allows you to sweat out the tension and stress of the day and leave feeling renewed and rejuvenated.
